My Film Idea First Draft

Genre Of Film - The genre for this film is going to be action

Age rating for film - the age rating for my film is going to be 15

Target audience - my target audience is going to be for people that love cars, guns and fight scenes the classic action packed movie

Location / Setting - the location is going to be all over England and the main setting will be London

Characters - The main character will be a hit-man who has no name and can not remember his past and the only thing he can remember doing is killing so he became known as "Stealth" the silent killer he is in his 20's and he is working for a gangster and as he kills he remembers more and more about him self and flash backs and at the end of the movie he remembers enough to relies that the people he has been assign to kill are his family and the man he is working is a mafia boss and a enemy for "Stealth's" family mafia and kidnapped "Stealth" as a child and thought him to fight ever since and has brain washed him into thinking that he has no family and his family died in a raid from an enemy mafia.

Beginning - At the beginning of the film there will just be "Stealth" kneeling down in front of a mafia boss in a chair and he then says to "Stealth" "You have completed your training it is now time to start our rage on our enemy's" then the screen blacks out and the title sequence begins

Middle - At the middle of the film "Stealth" starts having his flash backs and starts to remember who he is killing and starts to remember his past

creating your own advert.

CREATING YOUR OWN ADVERT

In today's lesson you need to do the following two things:

1) Create a NEW POST on your blog entitled "Advertising Mark Scheme" and copy and paste the following information into the post. Click on Publish.

A: Wording and images are CREATIVE and EXTREMELY APPEALING to aSPECIFIC audience. The final product is EXTREMELY APPROPRIATE andPROFESSIONAL and shows an EXCELLENT LEVEL OF TECHNICAL SKILL.The audience know EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT from the product. MANY CONVENTIONS have been used

B: Wording and images are IMAGINATIVE and MOSTLY APPEALING to aSPECIFIC audience. The final product is VERY APPROPRIATE and MOSTLY PROFESSIONAL, and shows a VERY GOOD LEVEL OF TECHNICAL SKILL.The audience have a GOOD IDEA OF WHAT TO EXPECT from the product.MANY CONVENTIONS have been used.
C: Wording and images show SOME IMAGINATION and have SOME APPEAL to aSPECIFIC audience. The final product is MOSTLY APPROPRIATE and shows aGOOD LEVEL OF TECHNICAL SKILL. The audience have SOME IDEA OF WHAT TO EXPECT from the product. SOME CONVENTIONS have been used.
D: Wording and images show UNDERSTANDING of the product and TRIES TO APPEAL to an audience although perhaps unsuccessfully. The final product isQUITE APPROPRIATE and shows a BASIC LEVEL OF TECHNICAL SKILLS. The audience have SOME IDEA OF WHAT TO EXPECT from the product. SOME CONVENTIONS have been used.
E: Wording and images show SOME UNDERSTANDING of the product but haveLITTLE APPEAL to the audience. The final product is only PARTLY APPROPRIATE and shows LITTLE TECHNICAL SKILL. The audience haveLITTLE IDEA OF WHAT TO EXPECT from the product. VERY FEW CONVENTIONS have been used, IF ANY.
2) Next you need to start creating your own advert in Photoshop (you came up with the idea before half term). This is for coursework and everyone should be aiming to meet the requirements for at least a C grade. You will only have 2 lessons to complete your advert. When you want to save your advert, make sure you save it as a Photoshop document (not as a JPEG) in the following way. Go to FILE - SAVE AS - MY COMPUTER - MULTIMEDIA - STUDENTS - PHOTOS - MEDIA STUDIES - WRITE - YEAR 9 MEDIA STUDIES
If you save it as a Photoshop file you will be able to edit it again in future lessons. IF you save it as a JPEG you will lose all your layers and will be unable to edit it again in future.

Representative of the media and stereotypes in the media

In many countries young teenagers are very stereotypical especially on the tv and media for example;
Billie Jackson.jpg Billie Jackson from eastenders was one of the stereotypes as in his role in eastenders it showed that he was in a gang and his criminal activities
Jay Brown.jpgjay brown is also someone from estenders that was perceived as a typical teenager due to his miss behavior and his involved in criminal activities.
i think that teenagers have it to tough in the media as they are always seemed to be hood's and as they are always seemed to be criminals this is extremely wrong and the Media needs to change the point of view on teenagers.

this also continues in film such as anuverhood and adulthood eg
AnuvahoodThis image is from  the film anuverhood, it shows the typical stereotype for teenagers in the media.the film also shows some criminal activity that teenagers in the media are perceived to do such as rob, steal, gun fights, gang riots, knife fights and fist fights.
More than 1,500 teenage gangsters are involved in serious organised crime, police have disclosed. This  is a picture in the telegraph which says that there are 1,500 teenage gangsters in london/england.http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/7920000/1500-teen-gangsters-in-Britain-say-police.html
in  conclusion all though this work you can see that teenagers are given a stereotypical criminal image in the media this means that teenagers are given a negative prospect and people name them as criminals when most of the time this is not correct, teenagers are given such a bad name in the, media and this opinion of the media needs to change.
